Job Title: SAP MM / Coupa / Ariba Consultant Brazil Localization

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to S o Paulo, Brazil)
Duration: September 2025 February 2026 (with potential extension)

About the Role

Our client is embarking on a five-year SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementation to align with the upcoming 2026 Brazilian legal and tax reforms. We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant with deep Brazil localization expertise and strong cross-functional knowledge of MM, Finance, and SD modules. The consultant will play a critical role in ensuring compliance, process integration, and smooth execution of this strategic initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the implementation of SAP P2P processes within the Brazilian localization framework.

  • Provide expert guidance on cross-functional integration between MM, Finance, and SD in the Brazilian market.

  • Ensure compliance with 2026 legal and tax reforms and other relevant Brazilian regulations.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams, including Organon's Brazil-based business team.

  • Oversee and execute testing activities, leveraging tools such as QTech and Vera.

  • Support hypercare during the six-week stabilization period following go-live.

  • Provide knowledge transfer and documentation for long-term sustainability.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Mandatory expertise with Coupa or Ariba (P2P experience is essential).

  • Strong SAP consulting background with proven experience in Brazil localization.

  • In-depth understanding of tax reforms, legal requirements, and localization frameworks in Brazil.

  • Cross-functional experience across MM, Finance, and SD modules.

  • Professional proficiency in Portuguese (written and spoken).

  • Hands-on experience with testing tools such as QTech and Vera.

  • Flexibility to travel to S o Paulo for kickoff meetings and critical phases.

Project Timeline

  • Initial Phase: August 2025 February 2026, including a six-week hypercare period.

  • Future Opportunities: Potential extension to additional phases or projects within the organization.
