Must Have Qualifications:
- 18+ years of overall experience, 8+ years specifically hands of with Solution Architect that are able to follow business problems, interact with stakeholders.
- MUST HAVE 15+ Java development experience.
- Hands on experience with Design patterns and architectural patterns. Preferred, AIM
Job Description:
- The Client s Business Unit is seeking a portfolio lead to provide leadership and oversight associated with the Solutions Architecture for Business Applications!
- You will lead a number of highly visible initiatives to support Business and Engineering teams!
- You will help your team through transformation into Agile Architecture and will align with the Modern Delivery methodology within the client
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required; Advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture and Business Application development
- Extensive experience in Solution Architecture patterns such as micro-front ends, microservices, 12 factor applications etc.
- Prior Software development background
- 5+ years of relevant task management experience
- Hands-on and architectural experience with modern Cloud Native architectures is required, as well as demonstrable record of leading architects through organizational transformations
- 3+ years of relevant large-scale enterprise transformation experience as relates to architecture preferred
- Experience in Generative AI, demonstrable record of applicability of AI/ML to solve business problems.
- Prior experience in the primary or secondary mortgage industry is desirable
- Deep knowledge of various enterprise level Platforms widely used in the industry preferred
