Job Details

  1. 5 - 8 years of experience with Workstation Imaging & Deployment Tools
  2. Proficiency in Windows OS imaging and deployment using tools such as SCCM, MDT, or similar platforms.
  3. Network & Site Readiness Troubleshooting

Ability
to assess and troubleshoot network connectivity, workstation placement, and
site readiness for clinical deployments.
  1. Healthcare IT Environment Experience
  2. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, clinical systems, and supporting IT infrastructure in a healthcare setting. Experience working directly with radiologists would be ideal.

Job
Description:
We are looking
for an IT Deployment Lead Technician to support the rollout of new
workstation images across a large healthcare system following the
implementation of Visage, a cloud-based Picture Archiving and
Communication System (PACS). This role will be instrumental in ensuring
seamless deployment of imaging workstations, maintaining clinical uptime, and
supporting radiology and diagnostic teams during the transition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the deployment of standardized workstation images across multiple clinical sites, ensuring compatibility with Visage PACS.
  • Coordinate with radiology, IT infrastructure, and clinical engineering teams to align deployment activities with operational needs.
  • Supervise and support a team of field technicians during image deployment and validation.
  • Troubleshoot PACS-related hardware and software issues during and after deployment.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of deployment processes, configurations, and asset tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, cybersecurity, and organizational IT standards.
  • Provide on-site and remote support to clinical users during go-live and stabilization phases.
  • Collaborate with project managers and vendor representatives to ensure deployment milestones are met.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.
