• Experience in S4HANA data implementation projects.
• Experience and knowledge of the warehouse management processes.
• Experience in the Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) modules.

• Be an SME in the following capabilities of EWM:
• Inbound processing from supplier, internal warehouse processes, physical inventory, replenishment in warehouse, outbound processing to customer, yard management, core inventory management, customer returns, empties & returnable packaging, scrapping in warehouse, supplier returns, cross-docking, exception processing, etc. Responsible
• Partner with the PGT Make To Deploy, Order To Cash, Procure To Pay Solution Design Leads (SDL) and Global Process Leads (GPLs) to co-design the end to end solution Accountable
• Drive decision-making for MTD Warehouse Management and Automation functionality in the PepsiCo Global Template - Accountable
• Collaborate with the PGT MTD Solution Design Lead(SDL), Global Process Leads (GPLs) and Global SMEs to ensure PepsiCo Global Template considers global requirements Consult/Execute
• Accountable for defining the integrated end-to-end solution, & determining which processes should be common globally. Additionally, if localization is required, partner with the Solution Design Lead (SDL), Global Process Owner (GPO) and the Global Process Leads(GPLs) to review and approve related localized design requirements
• Actively engage Global Process Leads (GPLs) on solution optimization, simplification and standardization Consult/ Execute
• Champion and uphold the PepsiCo Global Template solution design integrity, identify new areas for expanding the PGT SAP footprint, follow program methodology and communication, maintain responsibility for on time/on budget design and delivery.
• Drive completion of key project activities in collaboration with the Systems Integrator's Value Stream Lead and Global Process Owner (GPO) and Global Process Leads(GPLs). (3 in a box)
• Act as primary Change Leaders in support of the program and secure necessary project resources
• Understand process interdependencies and ensure the design of fully integrated process solutions with other process teams.
• Partner with System Integators (SI) in designing, building a fully functioning system based on the user stories, with all supporting project lifecycle documentation (process slows, PDDs, configuration rationale documents (CRD),testing etc)
• Collaborate with all value teams and scrum teams to deliver an optimized end-to-end Global ERP solution leveraging agile methodology Consult / Execute
• Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and sufficient product backlog for the teams to work against Consult /Execute
• Support the global solution governance process, and provide official sign-off on exceptions for relevant processes.
• Stays up-to-date with technology and industry trends by proactively participating in training, self-study, conferences, webcasts, user group participation, reading or other relevant means.
• Adopt and adhere to PepsiCo Agile Model, SAFe Agile principles and values
• Adopt development practices which focus on quality and value, while increasing efficiency, and minimizing waste
