Job Title / Role: Director - Business Development
Location: Denver, Colorado / Atlanta, Georgia
Type of Position: Full-time
We are seeking a Sales Leader with a strong background in IT consulting, specifically in IT Projects and Staffing. The ideal candidate should have expertise in IT sales, experience in acquiring new clients, and an ability to target high-value accounts in the enterprise space. This role involves driving business development and establishing strategic relationships with CXOs to support long-term growth for New Vision.
Key Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in IT consulting sales, with a focus on IT Projects and IT Professional Staffing.
- Business Development: Experience in acquiring and closing large accounts in the enterprise sector (Fortune 1000), managing complex sales cycles, and developing new client relationships.
- Client Relationship Management: Proficiency in developing relationships with CXOs and client leadership teams, understanding their business strategies.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to align sales strategy with broader business goals and lead sales initiatives to successful outcomes.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing decision-makers at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Focus on acquiring mid-size to large accounts, driving business growth via direct sales and partner channels.
- Sales Expertise: Proven experience in selling IT Projects and IT Professional Staffing.
- CXO Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with CXO-level executives, positioning New Vision as a trusted advisor.
- Solution-Oriented Selling: Identify client needs and develop tailored solutions with the Delivery team, delivering measurable business impact.
- Account Strategy: Act as the account lead for assigned clients, setting and executing sales strategy, fostering long-term client relationships.
- Sales Growth: Lead business development activities aimed at securing significant deals with long-term impact.
- Strategic Showcasing: Present New Vision s solutions through workshops, strategy meetings, and other forums, aligning with client goals.
- Collaborative Selling: Utilize alliances and external partnerships to enhance offerings to customers.
- Decision-Maker Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across client organizations.
- Leadership Collaboration: Set a vision for growth, collaborate with cross-functional teams within NetServ, and drive to close significant deals.
- Performance Goals: Work proactively to meet or exceed projections.

Salary: Base salary plus commission-based compensation and bonus for achieving targets
