Job Title: Technical Product Owner

Location: Atlanta, GA

Job Summary

Concentrix is seeking a Technical Product Owner with strong expertise in SRE, DevOps, and infrastructure platforms. You will drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of scalable, reliable platform solutions, working closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Define and own the product roadmap for infrastructure and reliability initiatives, aligned with business and engineering goals.
  • Leverage deep understanding of SRE principles to drive platform stability, performance, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions in large-scale environments.
  • Partner with engineers to decompose features into clear, actionable user stories and manage the technical product backlog.
  • Drive the adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration tools (Kubernetes on EKS, GKE, AKS, or on-prem).
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, effort, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication of priorities.
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in technical product management, product ownership, or closely related engineering roles.
  • Proven experience managing products or platforms in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering domains.
  • Strong technical acumen with working knowledge of platforms such as Kubernetes, Splunk, Java-based systems, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated experience in building or enhancing monitoring, alerting, and logging frameworks.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, and modern software delivery practices.
  • Skilled in Agile methodologies and experienced working with distributed engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field (advanced degree preferred).

The base salary range for this position is $ 106,087 - $ 155,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
