Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with strong expertise in Angular 13–16 and front-end development. The ideal candidate should demonstrate leadership, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions. Retail Banking experience is a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications using Angular 13–16
- Collaborate with Product, QA, Design, and Backend teams
- Own end-to-end SDLC ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Mentor team members and promote best practices
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Stay updated with emerging technologies
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure scalability, performance optimization, and security
