RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Corona, CA that is seeking a skilled IT Lead to support a small, hands-on IT team during a period of transition and modernization. This role is critical in maintaining day-to-day IT operations and assisting with system upgrades and legacy replacements.
Duties:
* IT Lead will provide frontline IT support including setup and troubleshooting of laptops, printers, and other hardware
* Assist in resolving service desk tickets and general system issues
* Support ongoing efforts to modernize legacy systems, including Microsoft Access
* As an IT Lead, you will collaborate with team members across departments, including shop floor resources and developers
* Contribute to database-related tasks and provide support for SQL and MySQL environments
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration
* Experience with SQL and MySQL databases, including basic query writing and data management
* Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar)
* Proficiency in Microsoft technologies including Windows OS, Office 365, and Access
* Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network issues
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and legacy system transitions
* Experience supporting manufacturing or shop floor environments is a plus
* Knowledge of CAD/CNC systems or integration with IT infrastructure is a bonus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
