Job Details
Objective:
Newly created position to stand up enterprise architecture practice in North America.
Works with global team (Paris) and multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and document integration patterns, data flows, reference architecture, and future state architecture.
Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, business, and IT.
Participate in major digital and data projects (e.g., 1CTXI, S/4 HANA migration).
Collaborate with global enterprise architecture team.
Must ensure cybersecurity standards are met in solution architecture.
Skills & Tools Required:
Enterprise Architecture (minimum 7+ years)
Total IT experience: 18+ years
Integration Technologies: MuleSoft, SAP BTP (preferred)
Modeling/Documentation Tools:
o Abacus (internal name: Minervine) required (or willingness to learn)
o Lucidchart for visual documentation
Frameworks: Familiarity with TOGAF or similar EA frameworks
Strong data modeling, documentation, soft skills, and ability to negotiate with solution architects.
Work Setup:
Hybrid: 3 days/week in office
Preferred: Local candidates
Must be flexible with days (depends on which teams they collaborate with)
Some early meetings (e.g., 8 AM ET) to coordinate with Paris team not frequent
