Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Engineer to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This role requires expertise in regulatory compliance, process design, and product development, with a focus on driving innovation and efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments to ensure quality standards and streamline manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:
Design and validate new processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve production challenges efficiently.
Implement lean manufacturing methodologies to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
Utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks for mechanical and process design.
Lead R& D initiatives for new product development and innovation.
Manage projects effectively by balancing timelines, budgets, and resources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
Apply Six Sigma principles to enhance process efficiency and quality.
Oversee automation and process validation to achieve operational excellence.
Ensure adherence to quality and regulatory requirements in all engineering tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Biomedical, or Chemical fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within a regulated industry such as medical devices or laboratories.
Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and requirements.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks is preferred.
Certification in Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is a plus.
Experience working in cleanroom environments is highly desirable.
Exceptional problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
Ability to pass and maintain a favorable background investigation and clearance.
