This leading healthcare provider delivers life-saving dialysis treatments nationwide, partnering with nephrologists to ensure top patient outcomes. Known for innovation, compassion, and clinical excellence, they are seeking a Network Administrator to join their IT team.
They are looking for someone with experience in network and VoIP/telephony support to troubleshoot escalated network and phone issues, and support projects while serving as the first point of contact for the IT helpdesk. Experience with Cisco products (including Meraki) and RingCentral is a plus. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of networking and telephony fundamentals
- Ability to diagnose problems and make prompt, effective decisions
- Proficiency in basic networking concepts: NAT, DHCP, DNS, routing, switching, spanning-tree, VPN, and wireless
- Experience supporting Cisco products, especially Meraki
- Experience with VoIP tools like RingCentral
- A+, Network+, or CCNA certification
- Previous experience in a network support role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma and 1+ years of IT support experience, or completion of IT-related undergraduate courses
