Job Title: Senior ETL Developer
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid/Onsite preferred),(Remote)

We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer with over 7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing ETL pipelines and data integration workflows. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of data warehousing concepts, and expertise in ETL tools like Informatica, Talend, or SSIS, along with strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
Key Responsibilities:-
Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL processes to support data integration from various sources into data warehouses and data lakes.

Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver robust ETL solutions.

Optimize ETL jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Monitor ETL jobs, perform troubleshooting, and resolve data quality issues.

Develop and maintain documentation related to ETL architecture, workflows, and standards.

Implement best practices in data pipeline development, data governance, and security.

Participate in code reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

7+ years of professional experience in ETL development and data integration.

Strong hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, Apache Nifi, or similar.

Advanced proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).

Experience working with cloud-based platforms such as AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, or Google Cloud Platform Dataflow is a plus.

Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery), and BI/reporting tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Experience with Python, Spark, or other scripting languages for data transformation.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git).

Understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
