Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Senior Technical Consultant to join our team in Newark, NJ. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud and related Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). This is an onsite position that requires strong technical design and development skills, with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud SaaS solutions.
As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Oracle Cloud ERP customizations, reports, interfaces, and integrations. You will also provide technical leadership in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for interfaces, reports, data conversions, and extensions.
- Design and implement RICEW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows) for Oracle ERP Cloud.
- Develop custom solutions using technologies such as OIC, VBCS, PL/SQL, SOAP/REST APIs, ATP Database, OTBI, and ADFDI.
- Design and build OIC integrations between Oracle Cloud and legacy/on-premises systems.
- Create and customize reports using BIP (BI Publisher), OTBI, and other reporting tools.
- Build Fusion-based integrations using OIC and VBCS.
- Configure Flex Fields (DFF, EFF, KFF), Lookups, Value Sets, and ESS Jobs.
- Develop and load data using FBDI, ADFDI, and Fusion APIs.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions and cross-functional team meetings.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and user guides.
- Provide user support and training for Oracle Cloud ERP integrations and extensions.
- Customize application pages within sandbox environments.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including integration adapters and orchestration.
- Proven ability to create and deploy integrations using REST, SOAP, FBDI, and BI Publisher.
- Experience developing reports using OTBI and BIP.
- Solid experience with VBCS, PL/SQL, ATP DB, and Oracle Fusion APIs.
- Understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud architecture and implementation lifecycle.
- Familiarity with middleware technologies and integration best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience with Oracle Cloud ERP implementations and customizations.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Fusion applications.
- Experience in Oracle Cloud reporting tools such as BICC is a plus.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and provide strategic technical solutions.
