Credit Furnishing Feature Lead

Overview
We are seeking a Credit Furnishing Feature Lead to play a pivotal role in a major system migration from a mainframe to a cloud-based application. This individual will partner with subject matter experts to develop requirements, provide insights and recommendations based on Metro 2 credit furnishing experience, and ensure credit furnishing functionality is designed and implemented effectively. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with business subject matter experts to gather and refine requirements for credit furnishing features.
  • Identify process gaps and propose improvements aligned with industry best practices.
  • Provide expert recommendations and insights to guide design decisions during system migration.
  • Ensure all credit furnishing processes comply with Metro 2 standards and align with Credit Reporting Resource Guide (CRRG) recommendations.
  • Collaborate with configuration analysts to ensure requirements are accurately translated into system configurations.
  • Consult with QA teams to validate test coverage and outcomes (not responsible for writing test plans).
  • Work independently and within a small team to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive finance credit furnishing to Metro 2 standards (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of credit furnishing requirements and processes; including Metro 2 standards and CRRG guidelines.
  • Experience in requirements gathering and design.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with system migrations, particularly from mainframe to cloud-based applications.
  • Familiarity with Alfa Systems or similar platforms.
  • Exposure to QA processes and test validation.
