Lead Informatica Engineer
Location: Owings Mills, MD Onsite (LOCAL Candidates Only!)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Informatica Engineer with strong experience in ETL development, data integration, and data warehousing concepts. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of data marts, pipelines, and real-time integrations, while also supporting production workflows and optimizing performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Informatica-based ETL pipelines and workflows.

  • Work on data marts, EDW, ODS and ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture.

  • Implement real-time integrations leveraging open integration patterns.

  • Optimize ETL processes for parallelism, performance, and scalability.

  • Manage ID management, Snowflake data shares, client & prospect data management.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in an Agile environment.

  • Support production issues, troubleshoot Informatica workflows, and resolve failures.

  • Perform job scheduling, monitoring, and workflow analysis.

  • Document processes and maintain best practices for Informatica and data engineering.

Must-Have Skills

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica tools (PowerCenter, PowerExchange, IICS).

  • 10+ years of overall data engineering/ETL experience with strong DW concepts.

  • Hands-on expertise with Snowflake, DB2, Postgres and other database technologies.

  • Strong knowledge of data modeling and performance tuning.

  • Proven experience in real-time integration and data pipeline optimization.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and production support skills.

  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
