Job Description

Salas O'Brien has an opportunity for an Architectural Intern to support new and existing clients.
The Intern serves to work with Project Architects to efficiently develop 3-D Revit models and produce
construction documents of buildings. In addition, the Architectural Intern coordinates with Engineers and Designers from other disciplines on project teams to coordinate the designs of the projects. This role requires accountability for overall project delivery including:
Work with Architectural Manager and other experienced architects on day-to-day tasks
Work with all design team disciplines daily
Attend meetings with clients and/or project team and perceive information critical for project
success
Utilize creative insight and practical solutions
Research code requirements necessary for each design
Assist with the preparation of design presentations for the client
Assist with the development and coordination of project documents from schematic design
through construction administration
Meet established project budgets and schedules
