We are looking for experienced Systems Integrators to join our technology-based program supporting a key government customer. This program will deliver engineering services for network infrastructure as well as sophisticated enterprise computing infrastructure including end-point devices, data center hosted servers, multi-Cloud services as well as virtualized applications, and storage systems. Enterprise Computing Engineering services include modern application technology including containerized solutions with orchestrated workflow that function both on customer premise, and via remote Cloud services. Network infrastructure engineering services are comprised of core infrastructure, voice and video engineering, field engineering, application management and development for networks, network analytics, firewalls, network access controls and bandwidth service delivery. Required Education, Experience, & Skills

We are looking for System Integrators with a minimum of 3 years' experience and a bachelors and/or masters degree in a related field.

As a key member of the cloud Customer Support team, you will provide guidance to customers interested in moving their systems to the cloud, serve as primary POC for customer inquiries, and provide entry-level technical support to a customer cloud team at an on-site Government facility in the Herndon/Reston area. Position is part of a small integration team within the Business Operations office, and will provide PMO at large support.

You will produce clear communications to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences, track and respond to action items, and support/participate in various integration activities and projects of varying urgency, size, and complexity.

Technical support will include providing account provisioning support for customers to get access to multiple Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), supporting various Operating Systems such as Linux and Windows virtual machine images. You will also assist with analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and/or scheduling limitations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform Tier 1 support to answer customer inquiries and help resolve issues related to the customer's cloud account and the account provisioning process
  • Use internal customer systems to set up the customer's cloud accounts
  • Coordinate and attend customer meetings to provide guidance on the account provisioning process as required
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to document team processes as required
  • Prepare and maintain organization and communication charts
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant customer and business information to the customer and project teams, including collecting data, drafting talking points, and preparing briefs
  • Ensure customer needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Other duties as assigned
Required skills:
  • Experience working in customer space and general IT knowledge required
  • An eye for detail and excellent grammar/communication skills
  • Experience creating and managing tickets in Jira
  • Technically competent with various software programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Project
  • Ability to multitask; can conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to react to project adjustments promptly and efficiently
  • General knowledge of cloud technologies and customer enterprise management services
  • Desire to perform and learn technical skills

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, certifications a plus
  • Project Management Certifications (Agile, PMP, etc.)
  • Leadership experience with small group/team
  • Knowledge of Business Agility principles

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $112420 - $191070

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
