Looking for a jack-of-all-trades IT Administrator who can manage Atlassian tools, support AWS services, and handle day-to-day IT operations. This individual must excel at troubleshooting and be able to diagnose and resolve technical issues across multiple systems. Ticketing management will be handled through Jira.
Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in AWS and software development.
Experience with Atlassian so specifically in JIRA or Bitbucket, or Confluence.
This is a team-oriented position, can require constant communication within the team and requires team-oriented, self-motivated, and self-managed individuals.
Experience on team communication, MS suite, SharePoint, share file, and Jump link daily.
Five years of hands-on experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira, JSM, Confluence, and Bitbucket, Jump Cloud (preferred), and TERA.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint.
Jump Cloud/AD/Okta is Plus.
Airtable is plus
Industry exp is not required
Bachelor's degree (4-year degree, with 5 years IT-related exp, Atlassian, any kind of Atlassian, Jira, Confluence, or Bitbucket. ADBS experience is nice to have
virtual- can be a phone or video 2 rounds
1st with HM, 10 to 15 minutes, and 2nd round with the team for 30 to 45 minutes, a Video call.
