Job Description:
Requirement/Must Have:
- Strong HANA ABAP experience including CDS views, AMDPs, OData services, and performance optimization.
- Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA RISE architecture including SLAs and service boundaries.
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP Fiori apps, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Basic HANA BASIS understanding including sizing, patches, and coordination.
- Good knowledge of technical components like PI/PO, BTP, CPI, IDOCs, workflows.
- Overview of SAP GRC Access Control, role management, and compliance processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience:
- 10+ years of SAP experience including lead/managerial technical roles.
- Experience in leading AMS teams and resolving cross-functional integration issues.
- Prior exposure to regulated or compliance-driven industries preferred.
Should Have:
- Experience coordinating with SAP RISE partners and BASIS/security teams.
- Ability to guide teams under pressure and meet SLA expectations.
- Ability to manage documentation, reporting, and communication with global stakeholders.
Skills:

- SAP BASIS fundamentals.
- SAP GRC (desirable).

Qualification and Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Relevant SAP certifications in HANA ABAP or S/4HANA preferred.
