Salary: $40.00 USD Hourly - $45.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Analyst - Oracle Simphony (Remote+Travel 1/month)

Role: IT Analyst

Duration: Contract 6+ month to hire

Location: Philadelphia, PA 19103

Remote+Travel 1/month

Manager Notes:

-considered a remote employee but would like them to sit in the Chicago or Philly areas for potential travel 1/month

Two to Three years of experience in support of Oracle Simphony products. One to Two years in the administration of Simphony including database tuning and optimization. One to Two years in the management of mission critical high volume production systems.

This job will have the following responsibilities:
  • Project Collaboration and Communication
  • Lead key enhancements and upgrades to new Line of Business initiative
  • Develop new IT strategies to meet ever changing environments in our markets
  • Work with a team of Developers and other software specialist roles to enhance, support, and maintain our software.
  • Provide technical skills and report on assigned task as required to complete your objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges.
  • Work effectively with project members and end-users, providing clear communication and guidance.


Qualifications & Requirements:

Develop Front End User Interfaces that best promote our capabilities.

Develop Middleware capabilities both to sustain the current software and to integrate with other platforms.

Develop Databases and reports to allow users to analyze their own performance.

Use C#, SQL Server, WebAPI, Telerik Controls, HTML 5, CSS 3 to develop applications

Provide assigned support during system go-lives and upgrade projects, including off-hour releases as required.

Resolve or triage support calls from end-users related to software issues.

Ensure timely resolution of incidents to minimize disruptions in healthcare services.

Plan and execute software upgrades in coordination with relevant teams.

Install, configure, and deploy healthcare software applications.

Report to the Project Manager all necessary information to ensure success at our clients.

Conduct thorough testing post-installation to verify functionality and compatibility.
