Job Title : Project Manager with Atlassian Experience
Location : Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)


Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) migration to Cloud. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing the migration strategy while collaborating with technical, security, and business teams to ensure a seamless transition.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Atlassian Cloud migration projects (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.)
Develop detailed migration plans, timelines, and risk assessments
Coordinate between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance during migration
Manage change management, user communication, and training plans
Track project progress, manage risks/issues, and report to leadership
Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget

Requirements:
8 12 years of project management experience with Atlassian ecosystem
Proven experience in Jira/Confluence Cloud migration
Strong knowledge of Atlassian administration, integrations, and plugins
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
PMP, CSM, or Atlassian certifications preferred
