LCRA is looking for an individual with passion for service and excellence to join a team that performs an essential role in the reliability of the Texas electric grid! On our Transmission System Controls team you will be performing a critical function of supporting technicians, processes, and systems that directly impact the Texans we serve. We are an energetic team working in the protection and control field of electric substations and you will be providing services such as technical expertise, computer troubleshooting skills, process design, compliance support, and hardware/software management to name a few. Competitive pay range: $118,400 - $144,700 per year This pay range represents a general target and is not reflective of the full pay range. Offers to selected candidates are contingent upon various factors such as skills, experience and education.
You will be trusted to: - Directly administer Information Technology/Operational Technology (IT/OT) support and maintenance for System Controls technicians and other TSC personnel. |
You qualify with: - Twelve or more years experience in the construction and/or maintenance of power substation protection, SCADA, diagnostic metering, monitoring and/or control systems, or other relevant experience. A degree(s) in computer science, information technology, electronics, electrical power engineering, industrial maintenance, or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
