Description
A leading organization is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead finance-related technology initiatives. This role plays a key part in delivering projects that enhance operational efficiency, improve service delivery across global teams, and support data-driven financial decision-making. The position involves close collaboration with Finance, Enterprise Technology, and external partners to execute initiatives aligned with the company's finance technology roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of small to medium-sized finance IT projects, including both business-as-usual and new initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Address production issues efficiently to minimize business disruption.
  • Oversee project governance activities such as work planning, sprint planning, testing, and deployment.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
  • Provide transparent reporting through dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and executive summaries.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience managing complex IT projects, ideally within Finance or Enterprise Applications (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle EPM Cloud).
Proven success managing external vendors and application service providers.
Strong leadership in cross-functional environments with competing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Skilled in stakeholder management and aligning technical solutions with business needs.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to lead through influence, navigate ambiguity, and work independently.
PMP and Agile/Scrum certification or equivalent preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $82.50/hr.
