Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master & Product Owner to lead Agile delivery teams within our fast-paced insurance technology environment. This hybrid role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can drive product vision while enabling high-performing Agile teams. You'll be working on cutting-edge solutions for Property & Casualty Commercial Lines, helping modernize legacy systems and deliver innovative digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
- Coach teams on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify and remove blockers to ensure sprint goals are met.
- Promote collaboration across development, QA, and business teams.
- Define and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and prioritization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
- Make data-driven decisions to maximize product value and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Agile delivery, with proven success in both Scrum Master and Product Owner roles.
- Deep understanding of P&C Commercial Lines Insurance, including underwriting, policy administration, and claims.
- Experience with insurance platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in InsurTech or digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of data analytics and customer experience optimization.
- Proficiency with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
