Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with 5 12 years of professional experience in backend development and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS and Azure. Experience with Kafka and Oracle is also required. Prior work on state or federal projects is highly desirable.
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with 5 12 years of professional experience in backend development and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS and Azure. Experience with Kafka and Oracle is also required. Prior work on state or federal projects is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based backend applications using Spring Boot.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based backend applications using Spring Boot.
Integrate and manage cloud-based services on AWS and Azure.
Work with messaging systems like Apache Kafka for event-driven architectures.
Perform database design, development, and optimization using Oracle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.
Ensure code quality, performance, and responsiveness of applications.
Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices and coding standards.
Contribute to Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Required Skills:
5 12 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot development
5 12 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot development
Strong experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms
Proficiency with Apache Kafka
Experience working with Oracle databases
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience in state or federal government projects (preferred)
