Description
We are looking for an experienced HubSpot Consultant to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing HubSpot systems to enhance business operations. This role requires expertise in CRM management, automation, reporting, and system integrations to ensure seamless workflows and data accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot, managing its core functionalities including Sales and Marketing hubs.
Design and implement automation processes to streamline business operations and improve efficiency.
Create and maintain custom reports to monitor performance and track key metrics.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the HubSpot platform.
Collaborate with teams across the organization to define workflows and improve system utilization.
Manage integrations between HubSpot and other business tools to enhance connectivity.
Provide training and support to staff on HubSpot functionalities and best practices.
Work closely with solution partners to align system capabilities with organizational goals.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the HubSpot platform.
Continuously evaluate and optimize HubSpot configurations to meet evolving business needs.
Requirements
Proficiency in CRM systems, specifically HubSpot, with expertise in Sales and Marketing hubs.
Strong understanding of automation processes and system integrations.
Demonstrated ability to create and manage advanced reporting within CRM platforms.
Experience in maintaining data integrity and managing large datasets.
Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
Familiarity with integration tools and APIs for seamless system connectivity.
Prior experience as a HubSpot Administrator or similar role is preferred.
