Role Summary and Job Responsibilities

T. Rowe Price seeks a Senior Technology Project Manager in Colorado Springs, CO to support strategic technology initiatives utilizing Waterfall, Lean, Agile, and DevOps methodologies and:
  • Conduct a wide array of activities associated with planning and managing more complex technology projects; ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
  • Coordinate business subject matter experts and engineers to ensure proper staffing and resources.
  • Provide training and coaching to teams on applying Lean-Agile practices and principles to deliver platform and product value.

Minimum Requirements
  • Position requires master's degree in information technology, computer science, database technologies or a related technical field PLUS 3+ years of related experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Requires 3+ years' experience with Project Management leading teams utilizing collaboration tools such as MSFT.
  • Requires 3+ years of experience with Lean-Agile certifications (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
