Job Description:
We re seeking a skilled and forward-thinking RPA Developer to join our automation team and help streamline enterprise operations through intelligent automation solutions.
In this role, you'll design, build, and maintain RPA workflows, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring automation ideas to life. You will play a key role in supporting end-to-end automation lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support in a fast-paced, enterprise-grade environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Design, build, and deploy RPA workflows using UiPath following best practices.
- Develop unattended bots to automate repetitive enterprise processes.
- Integrate bots with RESTful APIs, Office365, and external web services.
- Utilize UiPath AI Center, Document Understanding, and OCR tools to enable cognitive automation.
- Implement automations using UiPath s REFramework and modern UI automation practices.
- Apply version control using GitHub or similar tools for CI/CD workflows.
- Create and maintain reusable components to enhance development efficiency.
- Prepare technical documentation, including design documents and user guides.
- Monitor, support, and troubleshoot bots in production environments.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in RPA development within enterprise-level environments.
- Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
- Skilled in integrating Office365 features within RPA workflows.
- Solid experience with API integration and web automation.
- Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML capabilities in UiPath (e.g., OCR, AI Center, Document Understanding).
- Expertise in using REFramework and modular design for scalable automation.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git and deployment automation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification (UiARD).
- Exposure to other RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere).
- Quick learner with a strong desire to explore new technologies and tools.
