Summary:
We re looking for a Data Engineer or Visualization Engineer with strong experience in data engineering, visualization, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS). The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers, finance teams, and leadership to trace data back to its source of truth, build reliable pipelines, and deliver insights through Power BI dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trace and validate data across multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and business partners on data-driven projects.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud tools.
- Design and optimize dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Document processes and mentor team members.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
- Must be local and USC candidate.
- Strong Python, SQL, Power BI, and Azure/AWS skills.
- Ability to analyze data lineage and troubleshoot discrepancies.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Nice to Have:
- Financial data or cost analytics background.
- Automation experience.
