Job Title: Technical Project Manager IT Tools & Operations
Location: Newark, CA (Onsite)
Type: Contract / Full-Time
We re hiring a Technical Project Manager to oversee internal IT tooling and operational systems. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects around collaboration, productivity, and onboarding tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Clarity PPM, and others that support enterprise-wide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional IT tool implementation and optimization projects
Drive onboarding automation projects and process improvements across internal systems
Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables for multiple tool-related initiatives
Work with internal IT, operations, and HR teams to understand user needs and technical requirements
Coordinate vendor communication, configuration changes, and system integrations
Report status, blockers, and project outcomes to leadership
Required Skills:
7+ years of experience in IT project or program management
Strong background in managing enterprise tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Clarity PPM
Prior experience leading internal tool deployments or enhancements
Familiarity with IT onboarding processes and automation frameworks
Strong documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills
