- International is seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of our next-generation eCommerce platform built on a headless platform.
- This role will be pivotal in shaping the technical architecture that supports our dealer and customer-facing commerce solutions, integrating with dealer management systems, and loyalty systems, while ensuring scalability, security, and a seamless user experience.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 3 years focused on eCommerce platforms.
- Hands-on experience with a headless platform and MACH (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) architecture.
- Strong understanding of Azure services, .NET, React, and API-first design.
- Experience integrating with Product Information Management, ERP, CRM, and payment systems.
- Experience with dealer networks or automotive/transportation industry.
- Familiarity with tools like Sitecore, Adobe AEM, Algolia/Coveo, and ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of loyalty/credit programs.
- Architect and lead the implementation of composable commerce solutions using a headless platform and modern frameworks (.NET, React).
- Define and enforce architectural standards, integration patterns, and design principles across the eCommerce ecosystem.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment with International s technology strategy.
- Solution Design & Integration
- Lead the integration of the headless platform with dealer management systems, identity management (IAM), product information management, and digital asset management platforms.
- Define API strategies and oversee sandbox environments for dealer testing and POC phases.
- Ensure compatibility with legacy systems while enabling future scalability.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with product managers, UX/UI teams, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Engage with dealers and internal teams to gather feedback and iterate on platform capabilities.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies in headless commerce, cloud-native architecture, and customer identity.
- Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, and monitoring tools to support agile delivery and operational excellence.
