Location: Onsite in San Antonio, TX 78238

Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm CST (flexibility as hours may change based on demand)

Job Type: 6-month Contract-to-Hire

Top 3 Requirements:
  • Must have excellent organizational, verbal, and communication skills
  • Microsoft Office O365 experience
  • 3+ years of Windows 10-11 experience, troubleshooting and configuring on a variety of devices
Primary Duties:
  • Support IT Desktop, Laptop, and MAC issues by interacting face-to-face with customers or remotely assisting those requiring help.
  • Work on assigned support tickets.
Requirements:
  • Must have excellent organizational, verbal, and communication skills
  • Microsoft Office O365 experience
  • 3+ years of Windows 10-11 experience, troubleshooting and configuring on a variety of devices
  • 3+ years' experience with Active Directory and account maintenance
  • Apple support experience (MAC, iPad, iPhone)
  • Ability to work independently and self-directed as well as within a team
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
  • Good at multi-tasking and handling large volumes of work
  • Strong customer service skills and experience required
