Sr. Quality Manager

Onsite | Full-Time | Based in Central Oklahoma

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Manager to lead the Quality Department, encompassing both Quality Assurance and Quality Control. This role is responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization s Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory certifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the Quality Department, including Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions.
  • Ensure products and services meet technical specifications and customer requirements.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Track and report on QMS effectiveness through key performance indicators.
  • Maintain industry certifications (e.g., AS9100, NADCAP).
  • Manage and execute internal QMS audit programs.
  • Coordinate customer quality audits and provide timely, thorough responses.
  • Oversee third-party compliance audits.
  • Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
  • Participate in design reviews and production readiness processes.
  • Ensure Receiving, In-process, and Final product inspections meet standards.
  • Oversee calibration and maintenance of all quality inspection equipment.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor s degree or 10+ years of equivalent experience in manufacturing.
  • Strong background in aerospace quality management, including AS9100 and FAA PMA/Repair Station experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentations).
  • Expertise in structured problem-solving, root cause analysis, and defect reduction.
  • Ability to lead strategic planning, resource allocation, and employee development.

Preferred:

  • Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
  • Certified Manager of Quality (CMQ/OE).
  • Leadership experience within a quality or technical organization.
  • Background in electro-mechanical design and manufacturing environments.
