Job Details

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Business Analyst with 12+ years of expertise in business analysis, stakeholder management, and enterprise solution delivery. The ideal candidate will be adept at working across multiple departments, driving business process improvements, and supporting complex system implementations on a W2 basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirement gathering sessions with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze and document complex business processes, workflows, data flows, and system interactions.
  • Translate business goals into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Identify inefficiencies, propose data-driven solutions, and support process optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations to ensure alignment on solution delivery.
  • Oversee and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and change management.
  • Create comprehensive reports, KPIs, dashboards, and visualizations to track performance.
  • Provide continuous risk assessment, timeline management, and progress reporting to stakeholders.
  • Ensure regulatory, compliance, and data governance standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar senior-level business/IT role.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with proven strategic influence.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, and documentation platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional enterprise environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Insurance.
  • Background in ERP, CRM, or large-scale SaaS systems integration and transformation.
  • Proficiency with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar is a plus.
