Title: Project Manager
Location: Austin, Texas
This is HYBRID Role: 2 Days ONSITE 3 Days Remote
The program will only allow candidates who are LOCAL TO THE AUSTIN AREA ONLY.
Please do not submit candidates who are currently out of state and are planning to move to Texas. Candidates must already reside in Texas.
Candidates Must Have Experience implementing and using agile methodologies and best practices for 1 or more State of Texas Agencies is Must
Candidates Must Have Prior experience in healthcare or Public Health
PMP Certification is a Must
Level Description :
8 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Certification in Project Management by a recognized project management organization or Scrum Master a plus.

Project managers are the people in charge of a specific project or projects within a company. As the project manager, your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on. Project managers might work by themselves or be in charge of a team to get the job done. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required and should be noted on the resume. Proof of certification may be requested.

Minimum Requirements:
Skilled in managing project with implementations across large organizations. Experience should include developing and managing project plans, documenting risks, issues, and contingency plans
Ability to research, gather, assemble, correlate, and analyze facts; to devise solutions to problems; and to prepare concise reports and/or to analyze and solve complex and difficult problems
Experience overseeing the development of SDLC artifacts, ensure business requirements get translated into technical specifications, guide, and facilitate the SDLC process
Experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with multiple project sponsors and stakeholder. Must possess strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to appropriately summarize and escalate issues and develop and present weekly status updates and conduct regular project team meetings
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Agile methodology, overseeing and tracking development progress, and ensuring project assignments align with project timelines
Agile Experience - Managing the project with feature-driven sprints
Prior experience in healthcare or Public Health
