A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Frontend Engineer.
Position type: Fulltime Contract
Duration: 6 months
Location: Brooklyn Park Minnesota 55445 (Hybrid)
About the Role
We re seeking a talented and motivated Frontend Engineer with a strong foundation in React and TypeScript to join our dynamic product team. You ll collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to build scalable, user centric web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy modern web applications using React and TypeScript
- Write clean, maintainable, and performant code with a focus on accessibility
- Collaborate with UX designers to build responsive and intuitive interfaces
- Work with product managers to understand feature requirements and business goals
- Integrate RESTful APIs and contribute to full stack solutions
- Ensure code quality through unit/UI testing and peer reviews
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to planning and estimation
- Continuously improve engineering processes and standards
Must Have Skills
- Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and AG Grid
- Proficiency in CSS (including preprocessors and responsive design)
- Solid understanding of Git and version control workflows
- Experience developing and integrating RESTful services
- Familiarity with unit testing (e.g., Jest, Mocha) and UI testing tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright)
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with Figma, Material UI, Storybook, or internal UI kits
- Exposure to AIassisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT)
- Familiarity with Java or Kotlin
- Contributions to opensource or personal frontend projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in frontend development
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Experience with at least two programming languages and two JS frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, Angular, Svelte)
- Proven track record of working in cross functional product teams

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $65- $70/per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
