Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

Job Location: Pinellas Park, FL

Job Location: Onsite

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with .Net to design, build, and deliver software solutions independently. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a proactive approach, and the ability to work on complex projects with minimal supervision. Knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver robust software solutions independently.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Implement scalable and maintainable code using ASP.NET, C#, and the latest .NET Framework/.NET Core.
  • Develop web applications following the MVC pattern, utilizing Razor Views.
  • Work with JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap to build responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Apply SCSS for styling and ensure consistent UI design.
  • Write and optimize T-SQL queries and stored procedures for database operations.
  • Utilize Visual Studio (preferred VS2019) and Azure DevOps for development, testing, and deployment.
  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of programming experience.
  • Proficient in ASP.NET with strong knowledge of the latest .NET Framework and .NET Core.
  • Strong experience with C#, MVC pattern, and Razor Views.
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript, including jQuery and Bootstrap frameworks.
  • Experience with SCSS for styling.
  • Proficiency in T-SQL for database development.
  • Hands-on experience with Visual Studio (VS2019 preferred) and Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
