Full-time / W2 - with Infinite Computer Solutions

Must have Production experience with implementing either GluonTS OR Pytorch machine learning.

Experience with Amazon Forecast is nice to have.

Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of data solutions that support machine learning initiatives using Python, specifically focused on payments and invoices to predict future cash flow for small and medium businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong architectural background, expertise in Snowflake, and a deep understanding of data modeling and governance.

Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee the development of machine learning models for predicting future cash flow based on historical payments and invoices.
• Collaborate with data analysts and other software architects to design scalable data architectures for machine learning applications
• Recognize the right design patterns for the task and guide teams towards building reusable and maintainable components
• Take end to end ownership of the technical solution and drive quality
• Leverage Snowflake for data warehousing, integration, and orchestration to support data pipelines and provide reliable data accessibility
• Be willing and able to contribute to code to keep your development skills sharp and assist the team with complex pieces of the implementation
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices across data projects
• Oversee the application's performance and scalability, making recommendations to support many customers.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance data architecture practices and methodologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data architecture or data engineering, with a focus on using Snowflake and Python
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and experience supporting machine learning initiatives
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data query languages
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience with data governance and data modeling methodologies

Nice to Have:

• Experience with payment systems and invoice processing
• Familiarity with backend development using .NET
• Strong REST API fundamentals
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for data projects
