Job Details

Qualifications:

8+ years' experience in role with: Experience with complex, enterprise-wide projects/programs and at least 3-5 years of leadership experience across IT and business functions Experience managing $5-$10M+ projects/programs that span multiple years and consist of a combination of internal/external and labor/non-labor cost components Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management best practices including knowledge of waterfall, agile, and SDLC methodologies and tools Must have excellent leadership skills (proven ability to coach, develop, and lead a team) and must be able to work with a diverse project team consisting of resources from all parts of the organization (both IT & Business) Proven ability to engage and develop relationships with executive sponsors and key stakeholders with clarity and precision Experience with project cost management and resource capacity planning Strong Business Process Analysis and Mapping skills Experience implementing change management approaches to support programs Experience in the indirect management of team members including assisting in the development, training, and assignment of work/projects to other members of a team. Familiarity with the Energy Industry is a plus. Expertise in scenario modeling, capacity planning, and KPI tracking Proficiency with portfolio tools: ServiceNow PPM, JIRA, Power BI, MS Project. Self-starter with a high sense of ownership and ability to build from scratch. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing across organizational levels

Responsibilities:

A Program Manager is responsible for planning and managing a portfolio of multi-million-dollar Enterprise Security programs made up of large-scale projects that affect the organization at an enterprise level.

Develop overall program strategy to ensure proper sequencing and integration of large/complex projects within the portfolio and adjust project scope, timing, and budgets as necessary based upon the needs of the business

Communicate with Enterprise Security leadership and senior business leadership to review program strategy, direction, and changes

Leverage personal experience to quantify impacts of risks and issues to scope, schedule, and budget, to prioritize, and to drive resolution

Coordinate and provide timely status reporting on the stability of program-oriented work efforts and on compliance with Customer technical standards and PMO aligned processes and methodologies.

Provide status reports to Service Provider/Customer leadership teams on potential impacts to scope, budget, risk, and resources.

Facilitate prioritization frameworks aligned with strategic goals, ROI, and resource constraints. Identify and mitigate program-level risks, escalating critical issues to senior leadership as needed.

Support audit readiness and compliance reporting for cybersecurity initiatives. Evaluate and implement program management tools (e.g., ServiceNow PPM, JIRA, Confluence) to improve visibility, tracking, and collaboration.

Drive continuous improvement in cybersecurity program delivery through retrospectives, lessons learned, and process refinement.

Align cybersecurity initiatives with enterprise risk management, regulatory mandates and business priorities.

Develop multi-year cybersecurity roadmaps that support grid reliability, physical asset protection, and digital transformation.

Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor program health, resource utilization, and risk posture

Continually evaluate and maintain efficiency in managing the portfolio of programs through planning, scheduling, and budget assessment

Manage project delivery in coordination with program managers from other IT Functions
