Job Details

You: a hyper-curious and creative problem solver who is comfortable challenging the status quo, digging into data to understanding why something is the way it is, and identifying improvements within cross-functional teams. As a Financial Transparency Product Manager in our Branch Workplace Technology team, you will play a pivotal role in developing an ongoing view of overall Product financials across a $380MM + annual book of work, including direct, indirect and various chargebacks from supporting organizations. You will perform a detailed analysis on an ongoing basis, identifying and working to resolve anomalies in large amounts of complex data encompassing all technology charges across our 4800+ branches. Additionally, you will leverage your strong analysis and storytelling skills to regularly report out to senior stakeholders to drive greater visibility into the financial health of our Product as well as identify potential future cost saving measures across our branch network of 50,000 employees.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy flexible and easily adaptive reports of financial data in an iterative and continuous delivery development cycle.
  • Ongoing, regular translation of ~$32MM/monthly financial data to business stakeholders concisely, distilling the big picture from a broad based data and explaining deltas in a way that is consumable and has a clear plan of action to correct
  • Identification of anomalies vs organic growth in data; troubleshooting anomalies and collaborating with line item owners to resolve issues
  • Creating clear and concise product recommendations based upon financial data analysis to include relevant background, problem statement, business requirements, supporting analytics, critical success factors, objectives & key results, and ultimately recommending implementation timelines.
  • Holding regular business reviews of financials, analyzing and interpreting data to identify areas of concern, outlining the "so what" of ongoing capital and operating expenditures, identifying opportunities for cost savings, inappropriate charges, and the overall plan and cadence of reviews
  • Effectively guiding cross-functional teams toward robust set of delivery milestones/corrective actions to address anomalies found in data. Understanding and mitigating risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in product development lifecycle.
  • Demonstrating governance by ensuring that: workstreams and initiatives are tracked and actively managed, deliverables are properly prioritized and sequenced, risks are addressed and status measured, and deliveries are successful.
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with our Branch support organizations across the firm to understand and address branch needs and concerns.


Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
  • 7 years of product or program management, technology delivery, systems, financial, or business analysis or related experience
  • Strong financial acumen, with a demonstrated ability to analyze large data sets, identify anomalies in data, and track resolution to conclusion.
  • Experience with Tableau reporting and data analysis, creating complex visualizations, and dashboards
  • Extensive experience managing product delivery across multiple workstreams with varying timelines, priorities and complexities.
  • Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality, data-driven presentations and/or reporting for audiences of varying levels of seniority.

  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills. Ability to crisply articulate complex technical concepts to senior business audiences with poise and confidence.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

  • Ability to think strategically, connect the dots to the bigger picture, and identify optimal ways to grow the business
  • Working knowledge of Agile principles and Jira are extremely desirable and/or commitment to learn.
  • Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work
