Position: ITOM ServiceNow Engineer Location: Onsite | Cincinnati,OH

Job Summary: The ServiceNow IT Operations Management Specialist will be responsible for the implementation, administration, and enhancement of the ServiceNow ITOM suite. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the effective management of IT operations, including event management, discovery, and service mapping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Event Management, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other IT systems.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of the ServiceNow ITOM platform.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow ITOM-related issues.
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators on ITOM functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITOM implementation and administration.
- Strong understanding of IT operations and ITIL processes.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - ITOM certification is a plus.
