Data Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for a proficient Data Analyst to work closely with Product Owners and development teams to promote the growth and continuous improvement of digital channels through in-depth analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the digital behavior of clients and provide modeling and execution support to personalize experiences.


• Provide insights and analysis to drive optimization across product KPIs .


• Build understanding of customers and advocate for analytics as a driver of business value.


• Analyze large data sets to provide insights about user actions and optimize on KPIs .


• Consult with digital team leaders to identify potential analytics projects.


• Support Multivariate and A/B testing by suggesting and executing tests for site improvement.


• Manage and develop business relationships with Digital product owners and key partners.


• Deliver clear, concise and timely analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Experience with digital analytics and data visualization


• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders


• Knowledge of A/B testing and multivariate testing


• Strong business acumen and understanding of digital product development


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
