Description

We are seeking an experienced ERP Manager to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of an ERP system, ensuring it aligns with critical business and operational requirements. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and the capacity to manage cross-functional projects, fostering a collaborative environment to ensure successful outcomes. The position plays a crucial role in modernizing systems and driving operational efficiency, aligning with current industry trends and best practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ERP system to ensure performance optimization and data security.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, meeting both technical and business objectives on schedule.
  • Provide technical support to resolve ERP-related issues, including after-hours assistance as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into ERP system enhancements and configurations.
  • Ensure data integrity and oversee the integration of the ERP system with other applications.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to equip end-users with the knowledge of ERP functionalities, updates, and best practices.
  • Monitor system health, execute updates, and address technical challenges to ensure stability and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and data privacy regulations, while implementing robust security measures to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies, such as cloud initiatives and AI-driven automation, and apply them to optimize the ERP system.
  • Document system procedures, configurations, and related changes to support future developments and troubleshooting efforts.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Over 5 years of expertise with Epicor, with preference given to Kinetic Cloud experience.
  • Familiarity with configuring and monitoring cloud resources, managing virtual machines, storage, and networking components alongside ERP systems.
  • Comprehensive understanding of security principles and best practices for cloud-based systems and ERP applications.
  • Proficiency in data integration techniques, including ETL processes, APIs, and data synchronization.
  • Strong knowledge of database design principles and hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Proven ability to analyze system performance data, identify bottlenecks, and optimize system resources to enhance ERP and cloud performance.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage successfully with cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail with the capability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Preferred certifications include Epicor Certified ERP Professional, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar cloud certifications.
