Basic Qualifications

Candidates should demonstrate a thorough understanding of engineering technology. Engineering Interns must be enrolled in an accredited degree program in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related scientific or technical discipline with a preference for a standing of a sophomore or higher.

Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities for this Position

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented electrical engineering intern to join our team starting in the summer of 2025 and extending through the school year. This internship offers hands-on experience in hardware design, testing, and documentation of new advanced technology. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in electronics and a strong desire to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment. In addition to receiving a competitive wage, the Electrical Engineering Intern will enhance their skill set by working among a talented and technically accomplished group of colleagues. Interns will also enjoy a flexible work environment where contributions are recognized and rewarded.

What sets you apart:
  • Basic circuit knowledge, including Ohm's Law, Voltage Dividers, and ability to read and understand a schematic
  • Hands-on experience using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other basic test equipment to understand and troubleshoot a circuit
  • Ability to persevere through challenges, adapt quickly, and manage your time effectively
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
