Job Title: Data Scientist Agentic AI

Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist specializing in Agentic AI and language graph technologies to design, develop, and optimize autonomous AI agents capable of advanced reasoning and decision-making. This role focuses on leveraging language graphs, knowledge graphs, and advanced NLP techniques to build intelligent, goal-driven AI systems. The ideal candidate will combine strong data science expertise with graph theory, AI research, and collaborative problem-solving skills to deliver scalable, cutting-edge AI solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Agentic AI models enabling autonomous, goal-oriented agent behavior.
Build and maintain advanced language graph and knowledge graph structures to represent semantic relationships and contextual knowledge from large-scale text data.
Apply graph neural networks (GNNs), graph embeddings, and NLP techniques to enhance agent reasoning and comprehension.
Collaborate with AI researchers, software engineers, and product managers to integrate Agentic AI solutions into production-grade systems.
Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering on diverse datasets to support model training and evaluation.
Experiment with reinforcement learning, planning algorithms, and multi-agent coordination strategies to improve agent autonomy.
Develop evaluation metrics and frameworks to assess agent performance, accuracy, and robustness.
Stay current with emerging research in Agentic AI, graph-based NLP, and autonomous systems, applying best practices to ongoing development.
Document methodologies, processes, and findings to support reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience developing Agentic AI systems or autonomous AI agents.
Strong expertise in language graphs, knowledge graphs, or semantic graph representations.
Hands-on experience with graph databases and frameworks such as Neo4j, DGL, or PyTorch Geometric.
Solid background in NLP, including transformers, language models, and embedding techniques.
Experience with graph neural networks and advanced graph algorithms.
Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML libraries.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Publications or open-source contributions related to Agentic AI, language graphs, or AI research.
Experience deploying AI/ML models on cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
Knowledge of multi-agent systems and distributed AI architectures.
Familiarity with reinforcement learning and planning algorithms.
