NY WC Claims Examiner

**Location: (Remote)**

We're looking for a skilled Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster with a sharp eye for detail and a knack for critical decision-making.

**Must-Haves:**
- **Valid Workers Compensation Adjuster License**.
- Bachelor s degree or comparable experience.
- **4-8 years of claims investigation or settlements experience**.
- **Associate in Claims (AIC)** designation; IIA, AEI, or CPCU certifications are a plus.

**Your Impact:**
- Interpret and manage complex and unusual policy coverages.
- Lead investigative and litigation strategies, establish reserves, authorize payments, and ensure prompt, equitable claim settlements.
- Identify subrogation and third-party recovery opportunities, contributing to claim reviews.
