Job description:

Engineer skillset required:

• Investigating details and necessary adjustments relating to Third-party vendor connectivity supporting voice services
• Discovery, design, deployment, and testing of adjustments to network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and WAN connectivity services and constructs (MPLS, site-site IPsec VPN, etc)
• Troubleshooting of the same network infrastructure
• Assistance with documentation, adding equipment to management tools, handoff to Operations, and similar tasks to fully complete deployment
• Experience with VoIP systems and traffic flow is required

We understand some of you may not be able to provide 8 quality resources in this space. If you could provide a lesser number, please let us know as an award may be split depending on responses. We will also need to see resumes and will be interviewing the folks, so the sooner resumes for potential candidates could be sent our way, the sooner we will get that ball rolling. Contracts must be on our paper (one of the attached, depending on what master agreement you are under you may also submit any proposals in this format but are not required to do so), and we will consider T&M and/or Fixed Bid pricing proposals (you may provide alternatives), with cost and quality being primary considerations in our decision
