Job Description
We are seeking a Contract Technical Lead to support the delivery of enterprise CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales and Service) and the Power Platform.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can architect, develop, and guide the implementation of scalable CRM solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Lead the technical design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution architecture.
Develop customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Ensure adherence to best practices in architecture, security, and performance.
Provide technical guidance to internal teams and junior developers.
Manage code reviews, deployments, and DevOps pipelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development and production environments.
Qualifications
5 8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales and/or Service).
Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and PowerShell.
Experience with Dataverse, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
Familiarity with ALM practices and Azure DevOps.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Microsoft certifications (PL-600, MB-210, MB-230) are a plus.
