Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager/Application Manager to lead our development team in building high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and the ability to align technical goals with business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements.
- Implement best practices for development and deployment
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years hands on tech knowledge on API development and cloud experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years leading others in the development of software in a team environment.
- Ability to take on issues and bring them to completion making sure a consistent delivery process is followed.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and API development.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform, AWS or Azure.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in CICD processes and have knowledge of release management and application support. - Available for on-call production support as needed
