We are looking for a detail-oriented Workday Payroll & Taxation Tester to join our team. In this role, you will test payroll processes and tax calculations in the Workday system to ensure everything runs smoothly and accurately. You'll work closely with payroll, HR, and IT teams to make sure employees are paid correctly and on time, and that all taxes are handled properly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test payroll processing scenarios in Workday.
• Validate tax calculations and deductions.
• Identify and report any issues or bugs in the system.
• Create and run test cases for payroll and taxation functions.
• Support updates, new releases, or changes in Workday payroll features.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Document testing results and provide feedback for improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with Workday Payroll (testing or functional knowledge).
• Understanding of payroll processes and taxation rules.
• Basic knowledge of test case creation and defect tracking.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in testing payroll for multiple regions/countries.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or similar.
• Knowledge of payroll compliance and statutory regulations.
